You may be reasonably fit, or have been injured in the past, had musculoskeletal issues, or simply want the best for your body and mind. You’re prepared to commit the necessary resources to one-to-one Pilates training.

You’re totally aware of and up to the challenge of meeting and exceeding your physical capabilities. You’re also devoted to the task in a relationship of active learning and trust.

What’s Involved?

Twice weekly 1:1 60min Pilates sessions for a minimum 6 month commitment

Guidance and education regarding other aspects of your lifestyle, including home or gym exercise programs or participation in physical activity.

Pilates Moderate

Who is this package for?

You know and understand the value of disciplines like Pilates. You also cherish the idea of a personally structured program designed for your needs alone, rather than the small group sessions offered by other studios.

You’re understandably hesitant about rushing into a full-scale exercise program. You may have been injured in the past, or are dealing with health and age factors that need a cautious approach.

Benefit: Validation

Your self-knowledge, your research, and the results of our initial consultation satisfy you that this is a great way to explore better health and activity options.

Training & Guidance

Who is this package for?

You may already do, or have done, Pilates. You know how it benefits or helps recover your range of movement, flexibility, strength, concentration, and well-being. Now you want to further explore your exercise training options through specialist exercise physiology or strength & conditioning. You may be a dancer or runner who needs a strength training program for your local gym or home. You may be a Pilates teacher who wants to get fitter or stronger via gym training, or seeking 1:1 Pilates with a senior practitioner. You may a Pilates devotee who wants to develop a home exercise program incorporating Pilates and strength exercises.

Benefit: Understanding

You understand the benefits of Pilates but are keen to add more exercise to your life. You want a university trained exercise professional who gets the intelligent mindfulness of Pilates and can apply this to other styles of training.

What’s Involved?

Face to face sessions as needed at either Level 1,113-119 Lygon St, Carlton, or Mind+Body gym depending upon your training requirements. We will decide together during the Initial Consultation, Investigate, how often the sessions are, and which location best suits you. I will design and prepare customised, in-depth training programs that will be regularly altered and re-written. I also expect regular communication between our sessions to ensure your application of the training is optimal and that any questions you have are answered.
