Who is this package for?
You may have been fit and active earlier, but work, pressure, and stress have piled up and now you’re in trouble with an injury or chronic condition.
Everything, or nearly everything, has gone wrong. You may have been fit and active, have suffered a limiting injury, or simply want to recover fitness after a long period of sedentary life. You have high expectations of your physical performance, but you can’t fix this injury, illness, or lack of condition on your own.

At last you’ve found someone who listens, understands, analyses, and can construct a unique rehabilitation program that will get you back to where you yearn to be.
I not only consult, design, and implement your unique Exercise Physiology package, I also research and coordinate contributions from other practitioners best suited to a synchronized approach to your overall health.
What’s Involved?
Twice weekly 1:1 60min Pilates sessions for a minimum 6 month commitment.
Guidance and education regarding other types of physical activity and training, such as exercise at home and/or a gym, or participation in sport.
Strength training will be introduced according to your unique requirements and goals. One Pilates session a week may be changed to gym training, or, you may attend occasional additional gym sessions to review a program that you do at your own local gym.

Payment via single sessions, 6 or 12 pre-paid packs including liaison with your other healthcare practitioners.

Who is this package for?
You have an injury or a chronic condition that you know needs treatment. You recognize your fitness or health is compromised. Although temporarily frustrated, you know that in the right hands, you can recover, even improve. You’re prepared to start slowly with this package, and perhaps work up over time.

It’s reassuring to know that good exercise physiologists can work with you over time to carefully restore health and fitness.
