Dancers and runners have specialist training needs, unique to the requirements of each. As a lifelong dancer and enthusiastic runner I have a keen interest in helping dancers and distance runners of all ages and abilities. I can tailor the 1:1 and I’m Injured training packages specifically for dancers and runners.

All these training packages come after the Initial Consultation, Investigate, which determines the most suitable training approach.

Obsessive or excessive exercise as well as strict dieting or an eating disorder is all too common within dance and running where being lean is a high priority. Finding a balanced safe approach can seem an impossible task
